Search that only matches words
A shopper types a gift under 200 or something comfortable for work, and default search returns almost nothing. Nola reads the request and answers with products that exist and are in stock.
NOLA AI FOR WOOCOMMERCE
READS YOUR WOO CATALOG AND STOCK, BUILDS THE CART. NO WORDPRESS PLUGIN INVOLVED
The AI sales chatbot for WooCommerce goes live as one line of script on your WordPress site and reads your catalog and stock. It works out what the shopper is asking for, recommends only what is in stock, and hands the cart over to your own Woo checkout.
WORDPRESS INSTALL
Create the account in the GUSTA dashboard and connect your Woo store. The first sync starts right after and runs from seconds to a few minutes, depending on catalog size.
The assistant loads from one line of script — in the theme, in an HTML block, or through the tag manager you already run. There is no plugin to install, update, or re-test on every WooCommerce release.
Shipping, returns and FAQ pages become the knowledge base. You pick between the guided flow, built in the flowchart editor, and Assisted Buying, the sales-consultant mode.
READ ACCESS AND LIMITS
Permission is read-only on products and stock. Nola never creates or edits a product, price, stock level or order, never processes a payment, and never asks to read orders or customer records. Your WordPress database stays exactly as it is.
Products and stock, and nothing beyond that. That is the whole basis for a recommendation: if it is not in Woo or the stock is zero, Nola will not show it — and she says so when a filter has to be loosened.
No new tables, no active plugin, no migration to undo later. The script runs in the shopper browser, not in your store PHP. Remove the script and the assistant is gone.
On WooCommerce she does not look up an order or a customer record. Shipping, delivery times and returns come from your published policies; anything about an order in progress goes to a human.
WHERE WOO STALLS
A shopper types a gift under 200 or something comfortable for work, and default search returns almost nothing. Nola reads the request and answers with products that exist and are in stock.
An older Woo install already carries dozens of plugins, each one more thing to keep updated. This is a script on the site: catalog search and answer generation run on GUSTA infrastructure, not on your server.
Conversations keep going after hours. When a person is needed, Nola respects the business hours you set, drops the visitor into the live queue in the dashboard, or sends the chat to WhatsApp.
Sizing, compatibility, gifting: in Assisted Buying she works like a salesperson, compares options and builds the cart inside the chat. Checkout stays on your Woo store.
BEFORE PASTING THE SCRIPT
No. Nola loads from one line of script on the site, the same way you publish any other tag. There is no plugin to install, update, or re-test every time WooCommerce ships a new version.
No. Permission is read-only on products and stock, and nothing is written back to WordPress. Nola never creates or edits a product, price, stock level or order, and never processes a payment — checkout stays on your Woo store.
On WooCommerce, no. The app does not request read access to orders or customer records. Shipping, delivery and return questions are answered from your store policies, and an order in progress is handed to a human.
What runs on your store is a script in the shopper browser. The heavy work — catalog search, answer generation, dashboard and conversation history — runs on GUSTA infrastructure, off your WordPress server.
It is a 14-day trial with no credit card. The only trace on your site is the line of script: remove it and it is over. Every plan includes a monthly conversation limit and only counts conversations where the visitor actually engaged — once you reach it, automated support pauses until the cycle resets.
14 days free, no credit card. If it does not fit your store, pull the script off the site and disconnect the store in the dashboard — your data is deleted within 30 days.
