Large catalogue
When shoppers cannot find the right product through search or filters, they close the tab. Nola reads the request in plain language and shortens that path.
GUSTA product
AI sales chatbot for VTEX, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
Nola talks to the people who land on your store, understands what they're looking for and recommends products from your real catalog — price, photo and link. No made-up answers.
What it does
"A gift under $200", "something comfortable for work": Nola reads the request instead of matching keywords.
Only shows what exists and is in stock. Never invents a product, price or delivery date — and says so when it has to relax a filter.
Adds items in the conversation, compares options side by side and hands off to your checkout.
Shipping, delivery, returns and order status — trained on your store's own content, not guesswork.
How it works
VTEX, Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento. Products come in with price, stock, variants and images.
Policies, FAQ and your store's pages become the knowledge base. You set the tone and the goal.
One script on your site and the assistant is live. Every conversation, lead and cart lands in the dashboard.
By platform
Installation and what she can read change with the platform. See the detail for each one.
Try it without installing
The assistant in the corner of the screen is Nola herself, trained on GUSTA's content. Ask her anything: it is exactly what your store gets, with your catalogue in place of our content.
Who it is for
Nola matters most when the catalogue is large enough for visitors to get lost in, or when the same question arrives dozens of times a day.
When shoppers cannot find the right product through search or filters, they close the tab. Nola reads the request in plain language and shortens that path.
Shipping, delivery times, returns and order status take up most of the team's day. Nola answers from your own store policies.
Coverage outside business hours and during campaign peaks, without hiring at the same rate.
Gifts, sizing, compatibility: when the choice needs a conversation, Assisted Buying acts like a salesperson rather than a FAQ.
Clear limits
The app asks only for read permission on products and inventory. This is not a roadmap gap: it is a scope decision, so that installing Nola carries no risk for the operation.
It never creates or edits a product, price, inventory level or order. The permission is read-only.
Checkout stays on your platform. Nola builds the cart, takes the shopper there and steps aside.
Price, delivery time and availability come from the synced catalogue. With no answer in the catalogue, she says she does not know and calls a human.
Frequently asked
No. It asks only for read permissions on products and inventory. It never creates or edits products, prices, inventory or orders, and it does not process payments: checkout stays on your platform.
VTEX, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. On Shopify the assistant is a theme app block that removes itself when you uninstall. On the others, a script on the site.
The first catalogue sync runs right after installation and takes from seconds to a few minutes, depending on catalogue size. Publishing the assistant is one line of script, or activating the block in the theme editor.
Automated support pauses until the cycle resets, or until you move to a higher plan. We only count conversations where the visitor actually engaged.
Send the conversation link to support. Answers come from your catalogue, so mistakes usually trace back to an incomplete description or stale data on the product.
By uninstalling the app from your platform's admin. Billing ends under its own rules, and your store data is deleted within 30 days.
